Terms and Conditions for Squire Counseling

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Confidentiality
   All information shared during sessions is confidential, except as required by law or with written consent.

3. Appointment Cancellations
   We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Policies
   Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods that will be communicated upon scheduling.

5. Communication
   By providing your phone number or other contact information, you agree to allow Squire Counseling to call or text you regarding appointments, reminders, or other pertinent information related to your care.

6. Emergency Situations
   Our services are not a substitute for emergency care. If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to your local emergency room.

7. Termination of Services
   Both the client and Squire Counseling have the right to terminate treatment at any time, with or without cause. Appropriate referrals will be provided upon request.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   Squire Counseling reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
